Phuket Beach

Phuket has more than a dozen excellent beaches just the right for your beach vacation in Phuket Thailand.

Phuket beaches are quite diverse, there are small Phuket beaches and long stretched Phuket beaches like Karon and Patong Beach on the west coast of Phuket island.

No gravel beaches are around, sometimes crude sand, sometimes fine sand, beaches with yellow sand are common, beaches with real white sand seldom. Actually, the further north the beaches are on Phuket island, the whiter the sand.

Some Phuket Beach have palm trees lining and others have pine trees as background.

Phuket action beach is Patong Beach, others have no action at all. Karon beach is a typical example for this. Even in the very high season you can still find a quiet place on the beach.

And if this is still to much noise etc. hire a car or a motocyc (Thaiglish) for small motorbike and take the road along the west coast, there are plenty of other Phuket beaches.
